摘要:
针对我国引信安全性技术和管理方面存在的问题,分析了我国与美国的差距,得出“在引信安全性方面,越是先进的技术,我国和美国的差距越大,支持引信技术创新发展的技术基础的差距可达20年,我国的技术差距有拉大的趋势”的结论。分析表明,技术基础薄弱、引信核心元器件水平低、缺乏有效的安全评估和审查是产生差距的主要原因。据此提出了相应的建立持续稳定地研究投入机制,建立我国引信安全性评估机制等措施建议。
Abstract:
The deficiencies of domestic fuze safety was analyzed according to the existing technologies and administratment problems. It was concluded that the more advanced the high technology of fuze safety was, the further the deficiencies between the both were. There would be 20 years’ backwards relative to U.S. in the basis technology of fuze innovation development, and this situation would be more serious in future. It was indicated that the main causes were insubstantial basic technology, lower core instruments, lack of safety evaluation and review, and shorter of invest. It was suggested that the continuous research investing and fuze safety evaluation system should be constituted.
